Analyze and visualise complex care situations
Concept Maps are graphical representations of relationships in complex care situations. They show patterns from the characteristics and characteristics of a situation and thus visualise the specific image of the patient. In the process of concept mapping, the case-related care situation can be differentiated analysed and assessed within the framework of the care process. Concept Maps visualize bundled case-related assessment data as well as care diagnoses and their relationships to each other. This allows you to derive care interventions to solve or alleviate current and potential health problems and to identify care goals and desired care results. Thus, the book becomes a valuable toolbox for teachers, training and study of the care and care process.
The authors clarify the basics of concept maps and concept mapping in Part I and present concrete examples of implementation in Part II.
